Our Aim

We believe every human being has deep intrinsic worth and that each of us is deeply wired to feel a sense of purpose. To that end, we dream of ways to equip and connect people with disabilities to jobs. Before COVID-19 this segment of our community was sadly only employed at 25%. The number is even lower now. 

We coordinate with special needs community organizations with the goal of hiring differently-abled employees and becoming a bustling on-ramp for job creation. 

We believe our industry is a great fit to create these types of job opportunities and is a win/win approach for business and our community.
